Reda is a Grade 9 student and was hosted by the KAUST Marine Microbiomes Lab in 2023 to conduct a research project in order to apply to the Saudi National Olympiad ABDA to be nominated to ISEF.

Reda is interested in learning about the microbiology of corals because this is very important to reduce the negative impacts of climate change.
