Research Interests

To investigate the responses of marine macroorganisms and their associated microorganisms to different environmental impacts and understand how microorganisms can positively or negatively affect their macroscopic host during stress. Another interest is to apply this knowledge in marine ecosystem conservation to develop tools for the restoration of degraded environments and to assist in ecosystem management.
