I am interested in the fungi associated with coral. Currently focusing my work on culturing fungal dark matter to identify their diversity, their growth requirements, and to allow for future work to understand their characteristics to describe their function in the coral microbiome. The aim is to determine whether there are fungi that could aid in coral resilience.
