In my Bachelor's thesis, I investigated condition-specific alternative splicing patterns between symbiotic and aposymbiotic corals. During my time in Dr. Raquel Peixoto's lab, I will be involved in coral microbiome and  BMC (Beneficial Microorganisms for Corals) research.
