Research Interests

Ali is a geoscientist who is specialized in carbonate sedimentology and geochemistry, with work experience in the Oil & Energy sector as a Geoscientist. 
At KAUST, Ali will utilize the background in carbonate sedimentology to contribute to the coral reefs protection and restoration initiatives along the lines of corals calcification, coral growth and biogeochemistry.
